Analyzing of the Content of The Middle-Level Al- Fiqeh Book in the light of the Requirements of Environmental Awareness

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the requirements of environmental awareness and their availability in the fiqh book for the third intermediate grade. The researcher used the content analysis card as a research tool. The research community was formed and sampled from the fiqh book for the third grade of the intermediate school in its first and second semesters edition of 1441-1442 AH. The researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach, and the study results concluded that the jurisprudence course for the third intermediate grade did not include the requirements of environmental awareness in the first and second semesters of the year 1441-1442 AH. The most frequently received axes were (Islam and Environmental Protection), where the total axes in the first and second semesters were 56.8%, and the least received axes in the first and second semesters were (methods of environmental hazards prevention) where the percentage was 10.8%. In addition, the most followed method of presenting environmental information came implicitly without explicitly stating it to suit the age group of the middle stage, and the appearance of pictures in the first and second chapters came in a small way despite their importance and suitability for the age group. The study recommended the necessity of including the jurisprudence curriculum for the third grade of the intermediate stage with the requirements of environmental awareness and education more and linking them to the life of the student, and to develop a matrix to include environmental awareness in the jurisprudence course at all stages to achieve integration with other study subjects and benefit from the environmental standards set by the research in building and developing Islamic education courses; So that its topics are clearly and explicitly related to the environment.
