Evaluation of the Efficiency of the Commercial Job in the District of Qurna

Abstract

I dealt with a descriptive study in a place for sale in the city of Qurna. In the singular or wholesale, so the research came to contain three sections. The first topic touched on the theoretical side. The second topic emphasized the commercial importance of the city of Gourna and the factors affecting its commercial distribution. The study ended with the example: It touched on commercial land uses in the city. The researcher also used several programs in his study, whether in the analysis of tables or in drawing maps and graphs, the most important of which is the program (EXCEL- ARC GIS 8.10). And it appeared through this study that the number of shops in the city of Qurna within the basic design map amounted to (439) shops distributed in different ways between the city’s neighborhoods, and these shops provide their commercial services to the residents of the city and the residents of the neighboring regions, as it appeared through the study that the shops that It has a large turnout of the population, which began to concentrate near them to benefit from the movement of the population there. As for the stores that need large areas, such as gas stations and car dealerships, they have taken places from the main road lines .
