Abstract
Islamic scholars have agreed that all facts and calamities revealed to people in this life have their rule and evidence in Islamic law, and that this law is based on caring for the interests of the servants, and is valid for every time and place.
It was based on the validity of that belief, conclusive evidence and indisputable evidence, from the texts of revelation and evidence of history, and the significance of reality.
This does not prevent the occurrence of new provisions that were not previously known due to the occurrence of the facts entrusted to them, nor does it prevent the change of provisions that were fixed before, due to the changing requirements.
In this field, this research comes tagged with: “Custom and custom and their applications in the fatwa and judiciary in the United Arab Emirates” come to highlight the role of the approved custom and the court’s revenues in the United Arab Emirates, so that the field can be expanded to take them and their applications in the fatwa and the judiciary as long as they do not violate a legal text or principle One of the principles of Islamic law.
