Management of Work Stress and its Reflection on the Job Performance of the Supervisors of the Specialization of Physical Education in the General Directorate of Education of Dohuk
Abstract
Work pressure management and its reflection on the work performance of the supervisors of the specialization of physical education in the General Directorate of Education of Dohuk.
The research includes five chapters, namely:
The first chapter includes the definition, introduction and the significance of research. The importance of pressure management stems from the process of teaching and education, system achievement and working on its development and progress. In the light of this study, its significance is to help decision- makers in the Ministry of Education to develop appropriate plans and alternatives to reduce the pressure the specialized supervisors in physical education face in Duhok Governorate.
The research aims to build a questionnaire (work pressure management, and the reflection of work pressure on the assessment of work performance of the supervisors specialized in physical education in the General Directorate of Duhok Education).
The research fields consist of the human field: represented by supervisors specialized in physical education in the General Directorate of Dohuk Education. The temporal domain: - between the period (12/11/2020) to the period (29/6/2021 AD), the spatial domain: - in the sports and school activities sections in Dohuk governorate.
The second chapter represents a theoretical background and similar studies.
In the third chapter, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method to solve the problem. The research community consists of all employees of the Department of Sports and School Activities in Dohuk Governorate, whose number when applying the research was (38) work supervisors for the academic year (2020/2021), being primarily concerned with the subject of the research.
The supervisor specialized occupies the primary role in sports activities and pays attention to pressure management. among physical education supervisors, wلر hether it is health, environmental or school. Ensuring the success of decisions in work performance is mostly the orientation of the executive authority, and the sources of work pressure are great concern for opinion and its results.
