The Administration Secondary Schools of the Reality and Problems in Society Iraq

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the nature of the social problems and problems that have emerged in the vicinity of some secondary schools in Iraq. Therefore, the importance of this research by addressing some aspects of social reality and social problems that contributed to the aggravation and aggravation of the climate of the administrations of these schools, so many kinds of social problems. Such as those related to poor professional planning and weak supervision by the institutions supervising the administrations of these schools, which led to the emergence in the field of the problems of the total, including the constraints of administrative organization, the lack of school buildings, although they exist on the reality is slow in completion because of waves The political instability of Iraqi society, which encouraged the emergence of opportunism, nepotism and nepotism in these departments .                                                                          

  The placement of the wrong person in the right place burdens some of these departments because it lacks the most important things, namely the career hierarchy in the office, and made them fertile environment for the emergence of problems cannot be limited, as the lack of courses in the affairs of human rights and cadres of secondary schools that Suffers from a lack of functioning contributed to the emergence of these problems clearly and clearly. Therefore, we were able to summarize the problem of this research in a general and somewhat comprehensive question and it was as follows: What is the nature of the reality and social problems contributed by the secondary schools administrations in Iraq? , Which the researcher tried through the use of scientific sources and the method of observation as a teacher and the comparative analytical approach of the answer to him and provide some narrated and theses that will enrich the public perception of the reader and receiver on the nature of the magnitude of the problem and impact on the educational reality in the administrations of these schools. The research reached conclusions, recommendations and proposals.   Research  reveals  that  the  contribution  of  these  schools  to weakness and disappearance of the role of social and psychological research for students, although the new Iraq contributed to the existence of space for these important competences in the life of Iraqi society, especially in the administrations of these schools, after they were absent in the totalitarian system. In addition to some social problems within these departments, which relate to the absence of the role of high school graduates or problems raised by some of the teachers and assistants known as (the footnote of secondary school administrations).
