This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in developing the skills of deaf students in the Computer and Information Technology course for the third year of secondary school. The study addressed the problem of the lack of effective educational solutions that meet the needs of this group in the mentioned course, which necessitates the employment of generative technologies to improve their learning and academic skill development. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the quasi-experimental approach with a two-group design (experimental and control). The research sample consisted of (30) deaf students in the third year of secondary school at the Institute for the Deaf in Jeddah, equally divided into an experimental group studying using Generative AI applications and a control group studying using conventional methods. The study sought to answer main questions related to identifying the deaf students' skills in the course, determining the appropriate instructional design for Generative AI tools, and identifying the effectiveness of these tools in enhancing their skills. The research procedures included the analysis, design, and development phases of the technology, followed by pre- and post-application of the skills measurement test.
