The Effectiveness of Sport Activities in reducing Motor Disorders and Aggressivity of Autistic Students as perceived by Parents at Jerusalem Governorate

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness degree of sport activities in reducing motor disorders and aggressivity of autistic students as perceived by parents at Jerusalem governorate, in addition to determine the differences in effectiveness degree of sport activities according to gender, age and qualification variables. the sample of the study included (24) persons from the parents of autistic students in schools of Jerusalem governorate. The researcher used the questionnaire to gather data. The main results of the study was the effectiveness degree of sport activities in reducing motor disorders and aggressivity of autistic students as perceived by parents at Jerusalem governorate was high, where the mean response for the total score was (3.48), and no statistically significant differences were found due to gender, age and qualification variables. the researcher recommends the necessity of using sport activities in deal with motor disorders and aggressivity of autistic students .
