Employing Cinematic Tricks to Achieve the Psychological Effects of the Character in the Movie

Abstract

Psychology is considered one of the important sciences that shed light on human behavior and psychological illnesses. Cinema, as an art based on quotation and transmission, was able to exploit the psychological stories and narratives of human beings in order to create cinematic films that enjoy strangeness, excitement, and enjoyment for the cinema audience, thus directing the book of stories. Dramatics seek to find what they are looking for in the life of human beings. Hence, the problem of the research was (How can cinematic tricks be employed to achieve the psychological effects of dramatic characters in the cinematic film). The research objectives were summarized in two points:

1- Revealing the function of cinematic tricks used to achieve the psychological effects of the dramatic character in the film.

2- Disclosing the techniques of cinematic tricks used to achieve the psychological effects that go into creating virtual characters in a movie

The second chapter, the methodological framework, included a definition of the cinematic tricks used to achieve the psychological effects of the characters in the cinematic film. The third chapter included a description of the research procedures that the researcher followed. The research also included selecting the research sample, which is the movie (Bloodshot), produced in the year 2020. The researcher analyzed the research sample based on the results that emerged from the framework of the study. The fourth chapter included: results and conclusions. The researcher came out with recommendations, suggestions, and a list of sources at the end of the research.
