Human Relations and its Relationship to Job Satisfaction among Intermediate School Teachers in Riyadh

Abstract
This study, entitled "Human Relations and their Relationship to Job Satisfaction among Intermediate School Teachers in Riyadh", aimed at to identify the level of practicing human relations among intermediate school female principals and teachers in Riyadh from the female teachers point of view, to identify the level of job satisfaction among intermediate school teachers in Riyadh. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The population of the current study consisted of all intermediate school female teachers affiliated to the East of Riyadh office, who were (992) female teachers and a random sample of (425) was taken. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
- The level of practicing human relations among intermediate school female principals and teachers in Riyadh from the teachers point of view came with an arithmetic mean of (2.72 out of 3), and the dimension of mutual human relations between female teachers came in the first place with an arithmetic mean of (2.74 out of 3), and finally the dimension of human relations between the female principals and teachers, with an arithmetic mean of (2.70 out of 3).
- The level of job satisfaction among the female teachers at the school came with an arithmetic mean of (2.79 out of 3.00), which came in the third category of the triple scale categories (from 2.35 to 3.00), which is the category that indicates (agree) choice on the study tool.
- There is a statistically significant positive correlation at (0.01) level between the level of practicing human relations in the school and the level of job satisfaction among female teachers
Through the results that have been reached, the most important recommendations of the study are the interest in creating a school climate suitable for the nature of work for female teachers and the interest in enabling them to express their ideas freely and taking into account the individual differences between them in the distribution of school activities and their involvement in decisions.
