The Extent to which Language Educational Games are Included in the Content of the Reading Curriculum for the Primary Stage

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to know the extent to which educational language games are included in reading books for the primary stage. Intelligence, oral games, kinetic games, written games, dramatic representation games, expressive artistic play, social play). The reading books for the primary stage were subjected to the content analysis methodology at a rate of (823) pages, and after verifying the validity and reliability of the analysis tool amounting to (0.90) was The application of the tool using repetition and percentage for all types of games, and the researcher reached the following results: (Linguistic educational games were not represented in reading books for the primary stage and for all grades, some types of games were not represented in all reading books and some of them were represented by simple proportions and others were distributed randomly) . The researcher also recommended a number of recommendations, including the need to reconsider the topics of reading books and to include play and give it priority, and to redistribute the topics of games included in the reading books in an orderly manner because they are distributed randomly.
