Using modern technologies in developing the trend towards fashion design and embroidery for Saudi women from the viewpoint of students of the Department of Fashion Design

Abstract
The Department of Fashion Design is one of the rare specializations in the Kingdom, as it is an academic department specialized in preparing qualified graduates to work in the field of fashion design and weaving in various methods. So the urgent need arose to study the scientific and technological foundations of this industry.
The research aims to:
1- Knowing the reality of using modern technologies in designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women from the viewpoint of students of the Department of Fashion Design.
2- Knowing the direction of students of the fashion design department towards designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women from their point of view.
3- Knowing the obstacles to using modern technologies in designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women from the viewpoint of students of the Department of Fashion Design.
The research found:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the average female degrees in the pre and post application to use modern technologies in developing the trend towards designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women in favor of post application
2- There are statistically significant differences between the average female degrees in the pre and post application to the reality of using modern techniques in designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women in favor of post application.
3- There are statistically significant differences between the average female students ’grades in the pre and post application of the trend of students of the Department of Fashion Design towards the design and embroidery of fashion for Saudi women in favor of post application.
4- There are statistically significant differences between the average female degrees in the pre and post application to the obstacles to using modern technologies in designing and embroidering fashion for Saudi women in favor of post application.
5- Different students ’opinions on the use of modern technologies in developing the trend towards fashion design and embroidery for Saudi women.
I recommend searching:
1- Emphasizing the role of universities and higher institutes in community service to urge them to conduct research and studies on state institutions.
2- Keeping pace with global trends to benefit from modern information technologies in education processes.
3- Continuing development processes in order to face the rapid changes in the garment industry.
4- Using modern technologies in other curricula in the field of clothing and textiles.
