The Aesthetic Sense of Art Education Teachers in the Intermediate Stage and Its Relationship to Classroom Management

Abstract
The research aims to define the aesthetic sense of the secondary school teachers and its relationship to classroom management, to achieve the goal, the researcher set the following hypothesis: There is no statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the aesthetic sense and classroom management among teachers of artistic education in the secondary stage.
The current research community is composed of teachers of art education at the secondary levels in the Karkh Education Directorate / 2 for the academic year( 2015-2016) distributed over (278) schools.
The researcher used (the random staged method) in selecting samples, randomly selected (95) art teachers from the schools that belongs to General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh II.
The aesthetic sense and classroom management scales prepared two tools for her research and verified their honesty and reliability.
The researcher concluded that there is a relationship between aesthetic sense and classroom management, so she put several conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
