Imagination Trends in the Rhetoric
(The Unitarian Poetry in Al-Bayt (PBUH) as an Example)
Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the effective and influential role of the poetic imagination in determining the dimensions of human beliefs, because belief is a psychological motive and imagination is a picture of the reality of psychological motives.
Andalusia has a long tradition in literature and poetry, especially in the era of the Almohads, as it was characterized by an era of flourishing literature and poetry, and literature reached to the highest stages of maturity.
The Almohad period was also famous for the flourishing of religious poems of all kinds, including Hashemites and Sufis and Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, mentioned,
We found that the poetry that was said at this era about Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, especially about Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, has reached a high stage of rhetorical images in all its forms, and has become what distinguishes it from others.
This study is divided into two topics. The first is that the imagination is an image of a psychological reality and thus a historical reality that the poet carries in himself, and this imagination was interactive with the environment, heritage and language, as well as affecting the recipient.
The second is the effectiveness of poetic imagination in graphic images with its old concept of simile and metaphor, and its modern concept of color, kinetic and scenic images, so the Arabic language is characterized by being alive and integrated, which only lacks the discovery of its secrets, and the conclusion includes the most important results and a list of sources and results used in the research.
