Since the human resource is the basic element in the production/service process, it is the duty of institutions to take care of it by providing quality services that ensure the process of recruitment, development, motivation, and training in a sustainable manner. Therefore, the interest of institutions and business organizations has increased in an unprecedented way to develop the work of human resources, as they are the most prominent growth factors that enable institutions to face the challenges surrounding them. The technology emergence has created serious challenges to change the traditional method of managing institutions in general, and managing human resources in particular.
