Abstract
The research dealt with the tagged (Restoring and Renovation Oil Paintings and Methods of Processing Them With Materials and Techniques), which identified the main question of what are the methods of restoration and restoration of oil painting and methods of processing it from materials and techniques and branches from it to know the history of restoration to restore the old artistic painting Methods of restoration, devices and scientific methods for examining oil painting The role of experts in the restoration and restoration of the value of oil paintings. The scientific and theoretical importance of the research is focused on the restoration of damaged paintings of historical value, the mechanism and techniques of restoration of artistic painting, with the identification of indicators and criteria for the restoration of ancient and modern works of art. The theoretical framework included topics that dealt with the history of restoration, its techniques, the mechanism of restoring the value of the old oil painting, knowledge of the methods of restoration and restoration of the oil painting, scientific devices and methods to examine the oil painting, determine the type of damage on the oil painting, and the importance of the need for experts in the restoration of oil paintings. The research used the descriptive approach on the techniques of the history of the restoration and restoration of oil painting, and its community and sample consisted of a collection of ancient works of art restored by companies and restoration experts globally. The results of the research concluded that the restoration of the damaged artistic painting has historical, cultural and material benefits, and the importance of identifying techniques in the restoration of the damaged artistic oil painting. The research proposals were to intensify and translate some studies and research based on the restoration of artistic painting, and the formation of experts in the field of restoration at the level of cities and provinces in countries.
