(دراسة حالة لمشروع إنتاج الفطر الملكي (King Oyster) في الأسواق الناشئة)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مؤشرات الأداء الإداري والفني والمالي لمشروع زراعي صناعي قائم في إسطنبول يعتمد نظام البيئة المحكم لإنتاج الفطر الملكي على مدار العام. تناقش الدراسة كفاءة تحويل الزراعة التقليدية إلى "صناعة" مستمرة تتجاوز عقبات المواسم، أظهرت النتائج أن المشروع يتطلب رأس مال استثماري يقدر بـ 3.7 مليون دولار ، مع توقعات بنمو الإيرادات لتصل إلى 1.7 مليون دولار سنوياً بحلول العام الخامس، محققاً فترة استرداد رأس مال (Payback Period) في غضون 5 سنوات.
