الملخص
نظرًا للتقدم التكنولوجي الحديث وما أفرزه من تقنيات في مختلف المجالات لا سِيَّمَا التعليم، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تغير وتحول في وظيفة المعلم الوظيفة التقليدية في إعطاء الدروس التي تعتمد على عملية التلقين، إذ أصبح هناك حاجة ملحة لإعداد الدروس بشكل تفاعلي ورقمي، مما يتطلب من المعلم اكتساب المهارات والمعارف الخاصة في ذلك، وفي ضوء ذلك سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك المعلمين في قصبة المفرق للمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لتوظيف تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وما اتجاهاتهم نحوها، واعتمدت الدراسة على نوعية الدراسة الوصفية والتي في إطارها تم توظيف المنهج المسحي، وكانت الاستبانة هي المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة، وتم توزيعها على (375) مفردة من المعلمين في المدارس في قصبة المفرق بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج، ندرجها كما يلي:
- من أهم مهارات ومعارف التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي يمتلكها معلمو قصبة المفرق هي: التعامل مع نظم التعليم الإلكترون E-Learning واستخدامها بشكل فعال.
- أبرز اتجاهات معلمو قصبة المفرق نحو توظيف تطبيقات التكنولوجيافي التدريس هي أنها تساعد على زيادة تفاعل الطلبة وانخراطهم بالدروس.
3. من أبرز معوقات امتلاك المعلمين في قصبة المفرق للمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لتوظيف تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة عدم توفر أجهزة حواسيب حديثه داخل المدارس تسمح بتوظيف تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التدريس
