آثار الرشاقة في سلسلة الامداد لشبكة التوزيع في سوق السيارات في المملكة العربية السعودية
(دراسة حالة لوكلاء السيارات)
الملخص
لقد عرف الباحثون الرشاقة في الأعمال ((Agility بأنها السرعة و التكييف مع ما يطلبه العميل، و بأنها واحدة من الأدوات الأساسية التي تحتاجها الشركات في شبكات سلسلة الإمداد الخاصة بها للحفاظ على ميزة تنافسية في بيئة الأعمال الحديثة. تشغل الرشاقة منصبًا رئيسًا في صناعة السيارات. وعلى الرغم من أهميتها، هناك أدلة محدودة على تأثير الرشاقة في شبكات توزيع وكلاء السيارات في البلدان النامية. وكان الغرض من هذا المشروع البحثي هو تحديد آثار تحقيق سلاسل التوريد الرشيقة في شبكات التوزيع الخاصة بوكلاء السيارات في المملكة العربية السعودية. تم أخذ عينات من 37 من مديري سلسلة الإمداد والخبراء في ثلاثة من أكبر وكلاء السيارات في المملكة العربية السعودية للدراسة .
تم تحليل البيانات الناتجة عن مقياس Likert باستخدام أساليب كرونباخ لمصداقيتها، والفرضيات تم اختبارها باستخدام طريقة Chi-Square للبيانات الترتيبية. ووجد البحث أن الرشاقة تزيد من السرعة التي يقوم بها تجار السيارات بتسليم المنتجات للعملاء وتعزز المعدل الذي يستجيبون به لمتطلبات العملاء والسوق المتغيرة. وتبين النتائج أيضا أن الرشاقة في سلاسل الإمداد لا ترتبط بالضرورة ارتباطاً مباشرًا بمستوى رضا العملاء وانخفاض التكاليف التشغيلية. ويؤكد البحث على أهمية اعتماد سلاسل التوريد الرشيقة(Agile supply chains) في شبكات توزيع تجار السيارات في المملكة العربية السعودية
