نموذج مقترح لمنصة إعلامية لتعزيز الوعي بثقافة الإلغاء في ضوء رأي الخبراء
الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لمنصة إعلامية رقمية لتعزيز الوعي بثقافة الإلغاء في ضوء آراء الخبراء، وذلك في ظل تزايد حضور هذه الظاهرة في البيئات الرقمية وتأثيرها في السمعة العامة للأفراد والمؤسسات. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة وُجهت إلى عينة من الخبراء بلغ عددهم (60) خبيرًا، تضمنت خمسة محاور: فهم ظاهرة ثقافة الإلغاء، أثرها على السمعة العامة، دور المنصات الإعلامية في تعزيز الوعي بها، آليات الحد من آثارها، ومكونات النموذج الإعلامي المقترح. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى اتفاق الخبراء حول فهم الظاهرة جاء مرتفعًا بمتوسط كلي بلغ (4.05) ووزن نسبي (81.09%)، كما جاء أثر ثقافة الإلغاء على السمعة العامة بدرجة مرتفعة بمتوسط (3.96) ووزن نسبي (79.19%). وأكدت النتائج الدور المهم للمنصات الإعلامية في تشكيل الوعي بهذه الظاهرة بمتوسط (4.45) ووزن نسبي (88.89%). كما حظيت آليات الحد من آثار ثقافة الإلغاء بدرجة اتفاق مرتفعة جدًا بمتوسط (4.56) ووزن نسبي (91.13%)، وكذلك مكونات النموذج المقترح بمتوسط (4.57) ووزن نسبي (91.33%). وفي ضوء ذلك، تم تطوير منصة إعلامية رقمية بعنوان «تم الإلغاء»، تضم مقالات تحليلية، وحالات تطبيقية، وقصصًا وتجارب، ونقاشات تفاعلية، ومحتوى توعويًا، بما يسهم في تعزيز التفكير النقدي، والتحقق من المعلومات، والحوار المسؤول، والحد من الآثار السلبية لثقافة الإلغاء على السمعة العامة.
