جودة الملابس الرياضية لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء معايير الراحة الفسيولوجية
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الملابس الرياضية لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء معايير الراحة الفسيولوجية، والكشف عن مدى توافق المنتجات المتاحة في الأسواق مع هذه المعايير، إضافةً إلى تحديد أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات عند ارتداء هذه الملابس. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة وُزِّعت على عينة بلغت (143) من أمهات الطالبات بمدينة جدة. تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الملابس الرياضية لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية تحقق مستوىً مقبولًا من الراحة الفسيولوجية، خاصةً فيما يتعلق بحرية الحركة التي سجلت أعلى نسبة موافقة (86%) وأعلى متوسط حسابي وأهمية نسبية، في حين جاءت قدرة الأقمشة على امتصاص العرق بمستوىً متوسط (35%)، مع انخفاض واضح في مشكلات التحسس الجلدي. كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود صعوبات تُذكر في ارتداء أو خلع الزي، إضافةً إلى سهولة تنظيفه بنسبة مرتفعة (74.1%). ومع ذلك، برزت بعض أوجه القصور، مثل سرعة الاتساخ وظهور الوبر (التكور) بعد الاستخدام المتكرر، مما قد يؤثر سلبًا على مستوى الراحة. كما بيّنت التحليلات عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الراحة وكلٍّ من عمر الطالبة أو سنتها الدراسية أو كتلة جسمها، مما يشير إلى أن جودة الزي ذاته تمثل العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في تحقيق الراحة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تحسين جودة الخامات المستخدمة في تصنيع الملابس الرياضية للأطفال، وإجراء اختبارات معيارية قبل طرحها في الأسواق، مع تعزيز البحوث المتخصصة في هذا المجال لضمان تحقيق متطلبات الراحة والأداء الوظيفي.
